Granturismo
70 Years of GranTurismo

Grand touring is at the heart of every Maserati, a story that began in 1947 with the A6 1500 GT Pininfarina, when Maserati fitted a sophisticated race-car engine into a luxurious coupe. Today’s GranTurismo coupes are its direct descendants, offering a tantalizing blend of exclusive style, progressive technology and surging power—with a spine-tingling soundtrack to match.

Features and Technology
In Safe Hands

Every GranTurismo is designed and built to provide exceptional levels of safety, a top priority for Maserati. Maserati engineers designed the GranTurismo to be a long-distance grand touring automobile, offering not just outstanding performance and comfort, but optimum safety on every journey.

Advanced Lighting

The Adaptive Light Control system swivels the headlamps through turns, greatly improving road illumination in corners. Daytime Running Lights with LED technology enhance visibility during the day, while the taillamp clusters with 96 LEDs improve visibility at night.

Maserati Stability Program

The Maserati Stability Program (MSP) monitors driving status and optimizes handling and grip by reducing engine torque and activating the brakes to restore stability within milliseconds.

Extra Level of Security

The advanced airbag system has front airbags as well as seat-integrated side-curtain airbags. The Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) warns drivers when a tire is underinflated.

Surrounded with Safety

A standard rear-view camera integrates with the on-board monitor to aid reversing. Other functions include ABS with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), Anti-Slip Regulation (ASR), and an Advanced Brake Assist system (ABA), which maximizes stopping power in emergency braking situations.
